I started this business to provide the highest level of love and care for local pets, and now I’m looking for trustworthy, dedicated people to join the family!

Life as an Auntie and/or Uncle

This is a fully mobile role. You’ll spend your time traveling to our clients' homes, providing the furbabies with love, snuggles, exercise, and companionship, while giving their pet parents peace of mind that their babies are being well taken care of. ​

What We’re Looking For:

• Animal Lovers: You should be comfortable with and genuinely enjoy animals of all shapes and sizes.

• Trustworthiness: You’ll be entering clients' homes and caring for their furbabies. Integrity is our #1 priority.

• Dependability: Our clients (and their pets!) count on us to show up.

• Reliable Transportation: Since we are a mobile service, you must have your own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license to travel between client homes.

• A Smartphone & Tech Savvy: You’ll need a smartphone with a data plan to use our scheduling app, check-in for visits, and send cute photo and video updates to pet parents.

• Physical Stamina: You should be comfortable being on your feet, walking for extended periods, and handling pets of various sizes and strength levels.

• Weather-Ready: Rain or shine, the pups need their walks! You should be prepared to work in various outdoor conditions.

• Professionalism: You are representing Auntie Lindy’s. Excellent communication skills and a respect for client privacy/home security are non-negotiable.

• Long-term Commitment: Pets bond with their sitters! We are looking for people who can commit to the team for at least 6 months.

• Clear Background: Must be willing to undergo and pass a comprehensive criminal background check.

Recommended But Not Required:

• Previous experience in a professional pet care setting (vet tech, shelter volunteer, etc.).

• Certification in Pet First Aid or CPR. If you are not already certified, Auntie Lindy's will get you certified!

• Specific experience with "special needs" pets (administering medication, senior dog care).

Note: To ensure the safety of our furry clients and their homes, all potential team members must pass a thorough background check.
